This Terms and Conditions document (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Vendor (“You” or “Vendor”) and BICUBIC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, the operator of www.printbiz.in (“Portal or Platform” or “We” or “Us”). By registering on our Portal and providing your services to users of the Platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Accuracy of Information
All information submitted by the Vendor during registration and thereafter must be true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Deliberate misrepresentation, omission of critical facts, or provision of fraudulent information will lead to immediate blacklisting, account termination, and potential legal action including but not limited to civil and/or criminal proceedings.

Legal Compliance
The Vendor must possess all necessary licenses, permits, and statutory registrations required to operate legally in India. We are not liable for any non-compliance on your part with local, state, or central laws.

Independent Contractor Status
The Vendor operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates any employer-employee, joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship between the Vendor and Us. The Vendor will be solely responsible for their actions, staff, product quality, taxes, and customer dealings.

Scope of Our Role
We act solely as a facilitator/platform that connects Vendors with Customers seeking printing and gifting services. We are not involved in the execution, delivery, payment, or guarantee of any project or transaction unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from Vendor-Customer transactions. However the Customers/Users can choose to purely and only inform us without expecting any corrective actions, for our knowledge and internal actions, about the non-compliance acts of any particular Vendor.

Service Quality & Delivery
Vendors are expected to maintain professional quality standards and timely delivery of products/services as promised to customers. Any complaints of non-performance, fraud, or delivery failure may lead to vendor suspension or permanent delisting.

Intellectual Property
Vendor must ensure they have rights or licenses to use any artwork, design, or template provided in their listings or work. We shall not be held liable for any IP infringement claims raised against the Vendor’s content or offerings.

Data Privacy Policy & Usage
All personal and business data shared by the Vendor will be governed under our Privacy Policy. However, the Vendor agrees that their business profile, business information, and service listings may be visible to all customers/users visiting this platform.
We may, at our sole discretion, disclose or transmit vendor-related information, including but not limited to contact details, service descriptions, transactional history, usage behavior, and publicly displayed content, to selected third-party entities, service providers, affiliates, strategic partners, data processors, analytics platforms, or any other authorized party, for purposes including but not limited to operational efficiency, market research, data analytics, promotional collaborations, regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and the general advancement of platform-related objectives.
Such disclosures may occur with or without prior individual notice or express consent, as deemed appropriate by us, and shall be executed in good faith in alignment with our business interests and platform functionality. By registering on the platform, you acknowledge that certain vendor-related data, as determined solely by us, may be accessible to or processed by external entities located within or outside your jurisdiction. We shall not be held liable for any use, storage, or further dissemination of such data by the receiving third party once it is shared in accordance with the operational needs or legal frameworks applicable at the time of disclosure. -
Fee Structure & Commissions
We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or remove any commission, listing fee, or promotional charges after prior notification. Continued use of the platform shall be considered acceptance of such changes.

Vendor Conduct
Vendors shall not misuse customer information, spam clients, use derogatory language, or engage in any unethical or fraudulent conduct. Violations will lead to strict disciplinary action including permanent blacklisting.

Indemnification
The Vendor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BICUBIC TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising out of their services, products, or conduct.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate the Vendor account at any time without prior notice if we find any violation of these terms or for any reason deemed fit by Us to protect our business or customers.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.

Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By signing this Agreement, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions set forth herein, and that all the information you provide is genuine and verifiable. Any breach of this Agreement may lead to legal consequences.
